Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Processing time may vary during periods of high demand, holidays, or product launches. If processing delays occur, we will do our best to notify customers via email.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, Hitches Up may offer products for pre-order before inventory is available for immediate shipment.

When purchasing a pre-order item:

  • The estimated shipping timeframe will be displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship once inventory becomes available.

  • If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may ship once all items are available unless otherwise specified.

Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders are subject to change due to manufacturing schedules, supplier timelines, or other factors outside of our control.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once the order has been fulfilled.

If there are significant delays, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers using the contact information provided at checkout.

At this time, Hitches Up ships within the United States only.

We may expand shipping availability in the future.
