Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Hitches Up. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted.
 

Return Window

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with all included hardware, components, and packaging

Items that show signs of use, installation, damage, or modification may not be eligible for return.
 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been installed, mounted, or used

  • Items returned without all included hardware or components

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or modification

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if applicable)
     

Return Authorization

Before sending a product back, customers must contact us to request a return authorization.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
 

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue quickly.

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
 

Exchanges

At this time, Hitches Up does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
